Teens (grades 6-12):
The Teen Room belongs to you! We hope you will come by, hang out, borrow a book, read a magazine, do homework, use a computer, or attend one of our programs. You can stay informed about our special events by:
- Checking our event calendar
- Liking us on Facebook @ facebook.com/hobokenlibraryteens
- Following us on Instagram @ instagram.com/hobokenlibraryteens
- Signing up for our mailing list – send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The library is an excellent place for your teen to develop, both intellectually and socially. Please consider letting them spend time with us after school or during the weekend. Feel free to drop by or give us a ring if you have any questions. Our department hours can be found here (http://hoboken.bccls.org/html/hours.htm), and you can stay informed via the ways mentioned above.
Please bring your 6th – 12th grade class for a visit. We can introduce your students to library services, highlight some books in the collection, or teach your students how to do research. We just ask that you let us know ASAP so we can prepare for your visit!
You are welcome to come upstairs and browse our collection of young adult books. However, we ask that you respect the Teen Room as a public space for teens.
