Hoboken Library Teen Summer Challenge
For anyone entering 6th-12th grades in the fall.

Two ways to play! 1) Starting June 22nd pick up a Bingo card at the Teen Room desk. Read and complete activities until August 19th to get “Bingo” and win prizes. Share pictures on Instagram of what you’ve done. Use #hobokenteens. Come to the library to claim your prizes.

2) If you’re leaving Hoboken this summer or just can’t make it to the library you can play online instead. Starting June 22nd sign into our website hobokenlibrary.beanstack.org. Read and complete activity tracks until August 19th. Share pictures on Instagram of what you’ve done. Use #hobokenteens. Come to the library before September to claim your prizes.

For another chance to win a prize, enter our weekly raffle by voting for your favorites in our Battle of the Books!

Parents:
The library is an excellent place for your teen to develop, both intellectually and socially.  Please consider letting them spend time with us after school or during the weekend.  Feel free to drop by or give us a ring if you have any questions.  Our department hours can be found here (http://hoboken.bccls.org/html/hours.htm), and you can stay informed via the ways mentioned above.

Teachers:
Please bring your 6th – 12th grade class for a visit.  We can introduce your students to library services, highlight some books in the collection, or teach your students how to do research.  We just ask that you let us know ASAP so we can prepare for your visit!

Adults:
You are welcome to come upstairs and browse our collection of young adult books.  However, we ask that you respect the Teen Room as a public space for teens.
