The New Jersey Division of Taxation no longer sends state tax forms to libraries or post offices. The State of New Jersey is encouraging taxpayers to file tax returns electronically. You can call 1-800-323-4400 or 609-826-4400 to request a NJ tax book with instructions and forms, or you can download and print tax forms from http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/forms.shtml
The Hoboken Public Library does not supply New York state tax forms. For information and to download New York state tax forms go to http://www.tax.ny.gov/forms/
If you need to print additional forms (one per person) that we do not recieve you can ask to have the fee for printing waived. Patrons are responsible for printing cost for all instructions. Black and white printing at the library costs fifteen cents per page. Librarians can assist with printing forms, but they cannot provide tax advice on filling out or mailing the forms.
